Frequently asked
How much does ELSE cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your team and your number of clients. Talk to us and we will find the plan that fits.
Is ELSE in Arabic?
Ask ELSE answers in Arabic or English, and the exercise, recipe and ingredient libraries have Arabic names you can search in Arabic. Chat, notes and forms take Arabic text. Some screens are still in English only; we are translating them.
Where is our data stored?
In Google Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany (europe-west3). Each coaching account’s data is kept apart from every other account, and your team only sees the clients their role allows.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. The plan, meals and exercise videos are saved on the phone. Workouts, meals and habits logged offline are sent when the phone is back online.
Which phones does the app run on?
iPhone today: the app is in public beta on TestFlight. Android is coming soon.
Can my clients pay through ELSE?
ELSE tracks packages, subscriptions and invoices. Clients who pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash upload the receipt in the app and your team confirms it; cash and other payments are recorded in the dashboard.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. The account owner can download all of the coaching account’s data from Settings at any time, and can ask to delete the account.
